Safety should always be a top priority

Bristol Boiler Company can conduct gas safety checks with our Gas Safe registered engineers.

Buying or Selling a home?

You’ll want to obtain a gas safety record (sometimes known as a gas safety certificate) when buying a house. Here’s what you’ll need to do:

Ask the current owners for a gas safety record or certificate for all appliances in the property.
If they can’t provide a record, or it’s been over 12 months since the last check, get in touch with a Gas Safe registered engineer to carry out a gas safety check before you move in.

Landlords

If you are a landlord you need to ensure an annual gas safety check is carried out, which should be carried out by a qualified Gas Safe registered engineer Once this has been done, you’ll be given a Landlord Gas Safety Record (LGSR) with details of all the checks that were carried out, which you can give to your tenants.

Can't praise them enough. Highly professional team who pulled out all the stops to solve problems with our boiler. Trustworthy, reliable and helpful.

I have used Bristol Boiler Company on a number of occasions for servicing and call outs to my previously old and faulty boiler. Most recently, they installed a brand new boiler for me. I cannot fault the service. The engineers are punctual, personable and professional, and Lin in the office is an absolute pleasure to deal with. Their work is competitively priced and I would highly recommend them.

Boiler conked out (temp was freezing) called Bristol Boiler Company who got a chap there that afternoon. He quickly identified the issue, got us semi operational, then ordered & fitted the new part in a matter of days. Our engineer both times was Maurice who was a total delight. Really nice guy, very efficient & knows his way around a boiler! Top communication and will definitely be using again. Thank you for your excellent service. Brilliant

We love Bristol Boiler company. They've serviced our boiler for three years now. When the pressure in our boiler dropped and we had no hot water when our son was months old, they came out and fixed the issue within a few hours. Lin is always cheery and helpful on the phone and Morris has great chat as well as being professional and very good at what he does! We highly recommend.

Always really happy with the service I get from Bristol Boiler Company, very professional and reasonable. Our boiler had a leak so they came round to look at it, and at first sight they thought it could be an expensive job, but after doing extensive tests he concluded there was only a minor issue and it ended up being a very cheap. As I know nothing about boilers, he easily could have been dishonest and told me more needs fixing but he wasn't. He was very honest and professional and that's why I will always use Bristol Boiler Company for future works.
